All whole bean orders are roasted Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and shipped by the next day. Ground and pourover orders are processed and shipped 1-2 days after ordering.
We prioritize the best possible experience for you with our coffee. If you request your coffee ground, we wait a minimum of 1 day to grind in order for the coffee to cure. We use the same concept with our pourovers as coffee tastes best given time to sit after roasting. We believe these details make a crucial difference in enjoying every sip.

All coffee is roasted at our HQ at the Business Incubator Center in Orchard Mesa, Colorado.
We roast electric. Our first focus is offering beautiful coffee. We believe that includes the innovations of clean coffee roasting and electricity. We find excellent consistency and control between roasts through electric roasting. Our current roaster is an Ailio Bullet.

We believe our standards in coffee bean sourcing rise above the red tape imposed on certifications. Our sourcing partner works with coffee farmers globally by teaching high-quality practices and growing techniques. We are thoroughly impressed with the coffee we decide to share with you. The story of each coffee bean from farm to cup is worth sharing.
We may have organic offerings at anytime, though we cannot market these as organic as we are not USDA Organic Certified. Please reach out if you have any additional questions to elisha@palisadecoffee.com.
