Ethiopia Sidama Aroresa
Blissfully sweet and floral. This natural coffee from the Sidama region in Ethiopia exudes rose petal aromas yet provides a balanced sipping experience. Sidama is well-known for crisp medium-bodied coffees and this coffee is no exception.
Around 700 small high-altitude coffee farms grew this coffee which was then sorted and processed at the Aroresa Wet Mill. We find this coffee a delightful blend of crispy sweet florals and heavier strawberry taffy notes at a light-medium roast. Fragile pourover extraction is recommended although this coffee provides more strawberry juiciness in high-temperature espresso.
