We find incredibly sweet honey aromas after brewing which give way to heavy citrus sips and cinnamon bark + clove finishes. A beautiful coffee by itself indeed.

This coffee was starved of oxygen to facilitate an anaerobic fermentation process after washing the beans just enough leave part of the outer layer on. The result? An incredibly complex coffee. Que Rajado, in Costa Rica, communicates the feeling of complete mindblown amazement. We feel the same way.
